Disease Gene Prioritization

The what:

The goal of this project is to identify the genes that are most likely to be associated with a disease. In the biological networks case we're given a protein interaction network and a list of already known diseases genes (situated on the network), and the goal is to predict novel genes that are likely to be associated with the disease that the network was seeded with.
